The Serpent Yacht Club is a small friendly club originally started by doctors but now open to anyone who has a connection to any of the healthcare professions. The club has a programme of sociable musters with races and new members are welcome.

The Serpent Yacht Club is keen to attract new members, especially active members who are able and willing to participate in our friendly and informal sailing events.
Membership of the Club is open to persons whose occupation is (or was prior to their retiral) connected closely with the health care professions, to such members' spouses and to previous cadet members. The club welcomes applications for membership from any individual who fulfils these criteria. Boat ownership, whilst particularly welcome, is NOT a requirement for membership.
A new category of Associate Membership has been instituted. This is intended for longstanding crew of Serpent members and who, having no association with the health care professions, are not eligible for full Membership.
